• Call and booking data processed on behalf of clients through the AI receptionist service, including caller information, call recordings/transcripts, and appointment details, handled via our CRM/calendar platform (GoHighLevel) and any client-connected systems (e.g. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber).
• Website usage data such as pages visited and general browser/device information, collected automatically when you use our site.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and schedule demo calls
• To deliver and operate the AI receptionist and booking service for clients
• To provide performance reporting to clients (booking rates, calls answered, after-hours volume recovered)
• To improve our services and communicate with current and prospective clients
